How can I return my item?Updated a year ago

Please contact our Customer Care team at [email protected] for instructions on how you can return the item back to us. Include the photo of the item that you will return for us to evaluate your request. 

In the event that you would like to return the item using the courier of your choice, please ensure that you keep the tracking number to monitor the delivery of your returned item and in any case that you will have a dispute. The customer is obliged to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until eCommerce receives the package.
