Order Cancellations and ModificationsUpdated 2 months ago

Cancellations are allowed only if the order was placed less than six (6) hours ago or if the order has not yet been processed or confirmed for fulfillment. Once the order has been processed, it can no longer be cancelled.

Modifications to orders (such as changes in item, size, or quantity) are not allowed under any circumstances.
