Why did you reject my returned item?Updated a year ago
Commonwealth Philippines reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers and/or delete or freeze customer accounts at any time due to:
- An irregular or excessive returns history
- An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged or missing tags
- Purchases made for resale purposes
- Creation of multiple account IDs by one user
- Potential fraudulent activity
The following conditions are not entitled to a return or exchange as stated in RA7394 (Consumer Act of the Philippines).
- Sudden change of mind
- Defects caused by misuse or mishandling of items by customer
- Discovery of lower prices of the same item from another store
